A Separation Movie Story Line:- Nader and Simin have been married for fourteen years and live with their eleven-year-old daughter Termeh in Tehran. The family belongs to the of the city upper middle-class and the pair are on the the edge of separation. Simin wants to leave the country with her husband and daughter, as she does not want Termeh to grow up under the prevailing conditions. This want to have is not shared by Nader.He is concerned for his old father's who lives with the family and suffers from Alzheimer's disease. When Nader firmly decide to stay in Iran, Simin files for divorce.The family court judges the couple's problems not to be grave enough to warrant divorce and rejects Simin's using. Simin then leaves her husband and daughter and moves back in with her parents. On the commendations of his wife, Nader hires Razieh, a young, expectant and deeply religious woman from a poor suburb, to take care of his male parent while he works at a bank. Razieh has applied for the job without consulting her hot-tempered husband Houjat, whose approval, according to tradition, would have been necessary. Her family is, however,financially dependent on the work, and she takes her daughter to the house with her.

A Separation Movie Review:- It seems that a court room drama could be the best place for Frahadi to recreate his very own world and confront us with a short and somehow faraway situations and incidents in life. We think these kinds of happenings and conflicts would not take place in our lives but with his realistic world and characters they seem so close and possible to anyone. Asghar Farhadi loves to put his audience in place of judge, as his other pictures like About Eli or Fireworks Wednesday and here with no fear he takes us straight to a court room. But the thing is that the judge does not provide any help for us to make a clear judgment and surprisingly makes the situation even more complicated. Yes Farhadi doesn't want us to make a judgment, He makes us watch and observe and leave the theater with a big fork in front of us.It Seems that any single decision creates another world full of forks and not taken ways.

when nobody is clearly guilty and the line between black and white is so dim. And again here we are in Frhadi's powerful hands surprised to the end of the movie. You can't leave your chair even for one second because the story never lets you to lose even a single moment. And like a tennis ball we're always being shot from this side to the other. And finally we are the daughter shocked and disable to make a decision. May be we haven't seen or we don't want to see this side of life, where nothing is clear, when small lies and unimportant undone things and unsaid words gang up against us and turn to a big disaster. Frahadi has found his own world and his own language and his own version of life. Something we'd never seen before. We appreciate that. He can easily bombard us with information and surprise us with tiny details that seem nothing but like a snowball rolling down a slope they can form a big drama.

The Ides of March Movie Review:- The story of Dolphin Tale is very inspirational and uplifting. It teaches us not to give up when all seems hopeless. Winter lost her tail and the aquarium was poised to close down due to financial issues. After the aquarium exhausted all possible options, they had to sell the aquarium, but no other centres are willing to accept Winter. The last option they have was to put her down peacefully. Despite the hopelessness, young Sawyer Nelson (played by Nathan Gamble) refuses to give up. After witnessing a mother and her little girl who has only one leg were willing to drive hours up from out of town just to see Winter, Sawyer came up with a brilliant plan that can save this handicapped dolphin. Although Sawyer failed many of his school subjects, he is indeed brilliant. His mom was surprised by his knowledge, commitment and intelligence, brought forth by what he was interested in.

There are many lessons that we can take from Dolphin Tale. One of the many lessons is that children who may not seem bright at first, just needs to find a subject of interest to them in order to display their intelligence. Moreover, miracles do happen, but sometimes we need to persevere long enough and never give up before we are able to see it happen. Dolphin Tale teaches us that there is hope even when all seems hopeless.

Dolphin Tale neither has a typical villain nor a big climax. It is simply an inspirational movie that I find to be emotional, entertaining and captivating. It is children friendly and excellent for the whole family to watch. I was astounded by this movie and I highly encourage everyone to watch it. The actors and actresses truly deliver. Moreover, I am once again dazzled by Gamble's acting as he brilliantly portrays the character of Sawyer Nelson. I look forward to his future projects and I believe he will continue to rise in the film industry.

The Ides of March Movie Review:- This movie is a story that shows the grimy an and gritty parts in politics. Ryan Gosling is the star in this movie playing Stephen Meyers who is a skilled worker in politics and is trying to help a charismatic and charming candidate played by George Clooney get elected. This movie is about what happens in the background when it comes to politics. The movie has topnotch actors and they all do a fantastic job but what really makes this movie shine is the dialogue. It's just well written and sharp. A movie by George Clooney can be a hit or a miss and this one is a hit. It's well directed, well written and acting is topnotch. And watching the progress and direction of the protagonist's ideology is engrossing while he is helping run a campaign. Anyways the dialogue made the movie intriguing and entertaining to just watch and listen to people talk in this. There is other movies that has a similar premise as this with the campaign for presidency and everything but this one really does show the dirty side of politics. Although some parts may seem a bit far-fetched than others. I liked the character development in this and how, you don't know unless your hit a wall or put yourself in others shoes. I would personally watch this movie again later on in the future.

We Bought a Zoo Movie Review:- Why should I like We Bought a Zoo? On paper, Cameron Crowe's latest self-discovery romance is a mess: it's sentimental, manipulative and self-conscious – no different from countless other inspirational family movies, from 2008's Marley and Me to 2011's inexplicably successful Dolphin Tale. And yet, against all logic, We Bought a Zoo doesn't fall into that trap. The difference between this and, say, The Blind Side, is that in the former, at least for the most part, the romanticism feels genuine, not a cheap method of pandering to parents in search of a family-friendly movie (for the record, I don't imagine that many children will find We Bought a Zoo all that interesting, despite numerous shots of animals). Thanks to a capable cast, Crowe's spirited direction and, of course, the pitch-perfect soundtrack, We Bought a Zoo is far better than it has any right to be.

Whether you enjoy We Bought a Zoo most likely depends on how you feel about director/co-writer Cameron Crowe. After the dark, bizarre Vanilla Sky and the meditative Elizabethtown, this represents Crowe's return to the energetic, lighthearted fare that made him popular and features many of his usual tropes, including the memorable, somewhat cheesy dialogue; the aimless male protagonist; the quirky sense of humor; the precocious child. Having fallen in love with Jerry Maguire and Almost Famous, I was both excited and anxious for We Bought a Zoo, hoping for a career comeback for Crowe but also accepting that the chances of it being a widespread success were slim. The result is similar to what I anticipated: a heartwarming, if occasionally schmaltzy ode to the power of love. Although lacking the vivacious wit of Jerry Maguire and the nostalgic ease of Almost Famous, We Bought a Zoo has a charm of its own in its belief in happy endings and the strength of the human spirit. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Movie Review:- The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo is brilliantly done in ways better then the book and way better then the 2009 version. Though I didn't dislike the 09 version I thought they left out parts from the book that I thought should've been shown. David Fincher's version you pretty much don't have to read the book. Follows it amazingly. Took parts out that could and needed to be taken out and shorten parts of the book with beautifully done shorter scenes to get the point across which was better then the books longer sequences. Even put a little twist at the end that didn't effect the story and was in my opinion better then the book original. Best Fincher opening sequence movie title which he's been known for in the past with Trent Reznor and Karen O's remake of Led Zeppelin's Immigrant song. Reznor does a great job with subtle music that sets the mood and matches exactly the emotion you feel in the scenes in the movie and story.

Daniel Craig of course is great as Mickael but Rooney Mara easily steals the movie in her performance as Lisbeth Salander. How she played Lisbeth is exactly how I pictured her. The way the book describes her quirks and how she holds and smokes her cigarette Rooney did perfectly. She plays the blend of toughness and vulnerability that is Lisbeth Salander in perfect blend. Making herself beautiful behind the tattoos and piercings that Lisbeth is known to be in the books. I want to see at least an Oscar nod for her role. As much as I love Keira Knightly and Natalie Portman I can't see them in that role after seeing Rooney Mara play her. That's how perfect she played her.

Now, the so-called sophisticated meeting of the parents becomes a parents v/s parents show. The film is a mix of all the emotions and sentiments of parents towards their children, and how they try to fix the situation sophisticatedly; but contingencies do occur. Both the parties fall into the pit-hole of being childish, leaving all the grounds of being sophisticated adults high and dry. Carnage Movie Review:- Carnage is the latest film from director Roman Polanski, a film with a minimalistic plot - two sets of parents decide to meet after their sons get into a fight - that relies on a sharp script and actor power in order to tell a story. Although the concept in not entirely new and you might tell from the first minutes how the events are going to unfold, the film has a good pace and provides the viewer with some decent laughs being quite entertaining for a flick that is mostly based on dialogue.

The acting is what you would expect from a movie that features such big names, Christoph Waltz and Kate Winslet being particularly good here. "Carnage" reminded me of the times when you only needed some talented actors and a good script in order to make a good movie, there was no need for flashy special effects or over the top action scenes.

If you liked films like "Who's afraid of Virginia Woolf?" or "Glengarry Glen Ross" where the actors and the story are the ones who really matter, you might want to give "Carnage" a try as well. Although it may not reach the standards set by those movies, Polanski's film manages to be enjoyable, well paced and offers a satisfying movie experience.

We Need to Talk About Kevin Movie Story Line:- A suspenseful and psychologically gripping exploration into a parent dealing with her child doing the unthinkable, We Need To Talk About Kevin is told from the perspective of Eva, played by Tilda Swinton in a tour-de-force performance. Always an ambivalent mother, Eva and Kevin have had a contentious relationship literally from Kevin's birth. Kevin (Ezra Miller), now 15-years-old, escalates the stakes when he commits a heinous act, leaving Eva to grapple with her feelings of grief and responsibility, as well as the ire of the community-at-large. We Need To Talk About Kevin explores nature vs. nurture on a whole new level as Eva's own culpability is measured against Kevin's innate evilness, while Ramsay's masterful storytelling leaves enough moral ambiguity to keep the debate going.

We Need to Talk About Kevin Movie Review:- I haven't read the novel, so I have no idea how this compares. The film looked and sounded beautiful, but I really wanted a bit more in terms of characterisation and psychological insight. The film is no more than an art house take of the "evil child" horror picture, without the camp pleasures of an Orphan or The Omen. Tilda Swinton, never the most naturalistic of actresses, has been much praised for her performance and does her best but I didn't quite buy this beautifully alien looking creature as a suburban wife and mother and she is almost grotesquely mismatched with John C. Reilly's doofus husband. I think she did a better take on a similar character in the little seen The Deep End, where she played a mother who has to come to terms with the actions of a son who she suspects to be murderer.

Apart from her character, the other players are paper thin. We have to take it on faith that like Damien, her son was simply born evil. Reilly is like any horror movie goon and ridiculously non-perceptive about the bad seed in his family. Almost everybody else in the film is there to torment Swinton's guilt ridden mother.

I'm also rather tired of the by now overused movie device of scrambling up the time line of events, feeding us little bits of information here and there to build up to a series of reveals. In a case like this there is something almost exploitative in teasing us with various horrors to come, especially in the case of the younger sisters eye injury. I think that the film would have benefited from a chronological progression. It's fine when done well (like in the recent Red, White and Blue), but here I just thought "not again" as the film started in a self-consciously disorientating manner.

The film looks beautiful but it's as stylised as a 70s Dario Argento film with expressionistic lighting and cinematography, but at least Argento films like Suspiria didn't ask to be taken seriously and can be taken purely as exercises in style. This struck me as an ultimately empty film with little to say. It's a shame because the subject matter of a mother who just can't love her child has great potential. I assume that the book managed to explore this better.

The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 1 Movie Review:- I know I'm late in reviewing this and probably no one is reading this review, but I had a hot date for this one and I couldn't say no. She really wanted to see this, and she had a thrill in dragging me along despite me not wanting to see this at all. I was never going to see this or any Twilight movie for that matter. She loved this one. I did not.

The problem, the biggest problem to me, is that it's very, very, very boring. NOTHING HAPPENS! Let's see, we see Jacob take off his shirt in the first two seconds of the movie and then Bella and Edward awkwardly have a wedding with fake smiles on their face. Then she has nightmares, possibly to show some form of entertainment throughout this boredom of a movie, and then there's the reception. That was the only scene I liked in the movie. At least it provided some humor. Then they go off to Rio... and nothing really happens. Yeah, they keep having sex and Bella just keeps wanting more. She calls her dad who is the only likable character, at least to me, in the whole series and then she finds out she's pregnant with some hell spawn, I guess. And vampires and werewolves get ticked off.

Then the dumbest moment happens. The wolves talking to each other. I swear it looked like a Saturday morning cartoon because they were so faked CGI and their voices was so Saturday morning cartoonish that Twi- hards should be offended! Anyway, the movie just drags and drags and I caught myself falling asleep. I held my date's hand and practically made out with it just to keep from falling asleep. I made it through the film. Thank God for that.

After the film, she really looked at me in hopes that I would love it like she did. I really couldn't lie to her and I hate telling her how much I couldn't stand the film. She explained the whole lore of the Twilight series and I still don't get it. I hate these movies. Unfortunately she is dragging me to part 2. At least I can spend more quality time with her.

Young Adult Movie Story Line:- There are some things in life, which you just have to get over, and if you choose not to, you might end up in the biggest mess of your life! High school sweethearts are definitely somewhere up there on that list. Young Adult Movie Review:- This film really drags through the first 45 minutes. The story line is boring mostly and quite dark. But then our human existence is ofttimes like that. Is it worth spending 45 minutes looking at Charlize Theron who doesn't always look beautiful and is often drunk? Of course its worthwhile! Critics have already forecast that her role may result in a second Oscar for the beautiful South African.

If you can persevere through the first half of the film without walking out, you will be treated to an amazing performance by Theron!

In a confrontation with family, friends and ex-boyfriend, a drunk Theron screams her regret and pain for having an abortion 20 years earlier. Angst that she has held inside for 20 years has essentially stunted her emotional growth. It's a masterful job of acting and brings us into the depths of her soul and regret at destroying her unborn son. surprising message from Hollywood that has so long been dominated by progressive/liberal/permissives.

it is a rare occasion when Hollywood allows such an accurate yet painful depiction of such a controversial subject. I congratulate and thank the writers, director and producer for putting it all out there. it's about time we started dealing with the truth in these matters and stop the cover-up.

Arthur Christmas Movie Review:-Santa Claus no longer uses a sleigh and reindeer's, he uses a ship called the S1, looks almost like the star ship enterprise. Santas youngest son Arthur(James McAvoy) really wants to be apart of the family business, but is considered accident prone. After Santas mission is over the night, they discover one present got missed. Steve and Santa believe it's too late. But Arthur does not, and is determined to that present to this child, with the help of his gram-pa(Bill Nighy) and retired Santa), they set out on a sleigh of reindeer's. But will they make on time?

An entertaining holiday film that tries to take a unique look at the life of Santa Claus. James McAvoy, Hugh Laurie, and Bill Nighy are great voice actors in there animated counter parts. The animation is cool also. Not quite as good has The Polar Express, but still pretty good in it's own right. Still a good film for the whole family.
